Just a reminder for the Route 66 Regional Chili Cookoff in Flagstaff, one person in the booth must have a food handlers permit. If you have one from where you live, great, just bring it. If not, you can get one online from the Coconino County Health Dept. by going to this website. http://www.az-hospitality.org/food/ It is good for 3 years, so it's only $6.00 a year.
