It is still not too late to sign up for the Joe DeFrates Reg. to be held at the American Center at 1501 Griffiths Ave in Springfield, IL.

$1,000 to the winner of the Red Chili competition.

We will also be doing Salsa and Verde. Each event qualifies for the 2010 ICS World's Championship.

For out of town guest, we have worked out a great chili cookoff rate at the Candlewood Suites of $69 per night. Mention, (Chili Cookoff) when making reservations.
