Canadian Chili Cookoffs    -    Joy and Randy Bilozir   - Calgary

Hello Chili Friends

Randy and I have taken over the Alberta Championship and Western Regional Championship from Ron and Dolene Michel. Both these cookoffs are regional cookoffs and for our American friends your dollar is still worth more up here! This is a great location and we are working on getting a hotel chili rate.

The cookoff dates are:  Saturday July 22 and Sunday July 23

Location: Crossroads Farmer's Market - Calgary Alberta

Times: setup - 7:00 am    Cooks meeting 7:30 am

Green Prep 8:00 - 9:00 am   Turn in at Noon

Salsa - turn in at 11:00 am

Red Prep - 10:00 to 11:00 am  Turn in at 1:00

We will be having a Cook's Party at our house on Friday starting at 6:30 pm with some great BBQ pork butt and other goodies. Could you please contact us if you are interested in cooking as soon as possible. Our email address is: bzchili@hotmail.com.
