MARIA AUSTIN'S LATEST UPDATE

.

FAM-LEE, CHILI FAM-LEE AND FRIENDS

Maria is still in the Critical Care Unit, and still ventilated. Good news is, she is making progress with her lung infection, her lungs are starting to clear up. The Doctors were happy with the progress. The Doctors are going to start weaning her off the oxy again, and x-ray again tomorrow morning. They may be able to take out the ventilator in the next couple of days, if she can maintain her breathing on her own. Let's Pray that all goes well, and she is strong enough to maintain.

Thank You Again For All The Nice Cards, Calls and e-mails. Maria will be busy when she gets home reading them all.

Love You All

Mike

Bill "Gumby" Donovan

.

Dear Family & Friends,

We just finished the first of four cycles of out patient chemo. Bill was treated with different anti nausea meds this time around and they seemed to keep that side effect to a minimum.

He is once again without an immune system and this week we will be even more watchful for any type of infections. If everything goes well he will be able to make some phone calls and maybe have some visitors at home next week. Please continue to ask God for a miracle. As you can imagine he is taking this very hard ,however we continue to stay hopeful because of our family, friends and faith. Thanks to all of you for your love and support.

Gail
