Hawaii State Chili cookoff

Another outstanding gala Hawaii State Chili cookoff event at Jack Scaffs house overlooking Honolulu. Well attended event with a cooks party serving dinner Sunday afternoon, breakfast and lunch on Memorial day, a staffed bar, multiple kegs of beer, sodas, water, and many Hawaiian delicacies!

Debbie Turner, editor of the Goat Gap Gazette, again held a chili cooking demonstration Sunday before the cooks party. Entertainment included a mariachi band, a banjo player, a barbershop quartet, and a special presentation of hula by Donna Scaff and company (check out the videos!).
.
Accolades to Donna Scaff and all her "Kitchen Bitches" for the hard work in the kitchen. Nice shirts for those lucky enough to be chosen.

This is one of those cookoffs in the top three. If you ever have a chance to do it. GO!

In order to provide a most fun cookoff, we need to change the time to Noon - 7:00 PM.

Our American Cowboy Team Roping starts at 6:00 PM and it will make for a fun filled afternoon. All contestants are welcome to stay 2 nights at no expense. We will have biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning. We have a bar with beer. We have beautiful animals all over this 1000 acre ranch.

This is an Old Western Ranch and we will have some of the best ropers in the country.

We have large cash prizes!!!
