WHAT: Come and taste all the chili you can handle at the Saint Louis Fire and Ice Chili Cook-off. The cook-off will include decorated booths following our 2010 theme, Fire and Ice. Live music will keep your toes tapping while vendors and public are eligible for Awards and Prizes! Soda, water, tea and Budweiser beverages will be available for purchase to wash down the scrumptious chili! Bring your friends and family to help decide who has the best chili of Saint Louis, Missouri! Don't forget to check us out on Facebook and Twitter!

WHEN: Friday VIP Pre-Party for only Vendors 3-9PM Saturday Main Event 11AM-4PM Public

WHERE: Heart of Saint Charles Banquet Center 1410 South Fifth Street St. Charles, MO 63301

WHY: To help benefit the St. Charles Area. A Portion of the ticket sales and all of the Fishbowl money will goto the Boys & Girls Club of Saint Charles. a local Charity of St. Charles (www.bgcstcharlescounty.org) and any leftover chili will be donated to the Saint Louis Food Bank to help feed the homeless.
