STUDIO DINER CHILI COOKOFF-Claude Covington

This cookoff is fast approaching. THE DATE IS SATURDAY JULY 28TH. This is a new cookoff being held in San Diego.

I know many cooks have been wanting to see more cookoffs in the San Diego area so now is your chance to show support. We need the help of all of you available cooks to get this cookoff off to a good start. The event is being held next door to the Studio Diner at the Stu Segall Productions, a working movie studio.

There will be $2000.00 in CASH prizes including $500.00 for 1st Place REd Chili. All profits will go to wounded

U. S. Marines and their families. There will be a large contingent of active and former Marines at the event. There will be several movie set props set up to create a fun atmosphere for all attending.

There will be LIVE music and a Classic Car display.

Chairman, Jim Phillips, needs to here from you cooks that are planning to attend so that he can better plan the days' events.
