Hey! Please read the following Chili Cook-off PR and check out the chili application attached to consider making downtown Raleigh the chili cook'n destination in September. -Domino

Raleigh, North Carolina- Calling all chili cooks and everyone that claims they make the best chili anywhere. Hey, it's time to dust off grandma's ole recipe and get cooking. Apply now to enter Chili Spark Con-Carne, the chili cook-off held in conjunction with Spark Con 2007 at Moore Square in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina on Sunday, September 23rd, 2007 The stoves will spark up with flames at 10am and the festivities will open to the public from Noon until 4pm. You can compete for a chance to go to the ICS World Chili Championship or claim coveted bragging rights for your restaurant, catering company, chef or corporation. Are you a first-timer? Don't worry, this cook-off is directed by the current North Carolina state champion Domino Ireland and has loads of North Carolina's finest chili cook's involved to hand out sage (cumin) advice and hot tips on getting started. Laughlin Reg. & Nevada State

Hi Chili Heads
First I want to say Good Luck at the World & make sure you all have a Great
Time.Our Flyers for Laughlin Reg. & Nevada State are hot off the press.With
any luck you will start seeing them around.I know Sonny & Karen will be
passing them out at the world.
Patty felt real bad last year because of the wind but she does have the
problem taken care of just in case the wind comes back. I also have 3
canopys for the 1st 6 cooks that need them.Bob Hall, I'll put your name down
as the 1st.If you win the world then just bring the trophy & sit there with
a big smile.
The cook off will be the 5th & 6th of Jan this year & the flyer is the same
except I hope all mistakes are gone & a little more info. Please send me
your name & address & I will get a flyer out to you. I will be having some
surgey done sometime in Oct. so be patient if I don't get back to you real
fast.
