Select the spectacular ski slope venue in Snowmass, Co, stir in a record 22 red cooks, cover with 100 micro brews, and heat with Stephen Marley, Dr. John, and the Neville Brothers music and you'll know why this cookoff's crowd exceeded 8,000.
