Just 2 short weeks until the 27th Annual Route 66 Regional and the 39th Annual Arizona State Chili Cookoffs. For those of you coming to Flagstaff, please remember the following things; Cooks and judges dinner on Friday night at Salsa Brava Restaurant on Route 66, at 6:30 pm.

On Saturday, don't forget your wash stations, weights for the tents and that one person in each tent must have a health card. Any questions on the last one, please contact me ASAP at golfnchili@aol.com. If you are headed to Payson after our event, we will have maps. It is a beautiful ride! Don't forget your one gallon of peoples choice chili, more would be welcome if you feel inspired! We get a good crowd. Drive safely and we look forward to having you visit us in gorgeous and cooler Northern Arizona!!!
