THURSDAY - June 22, 2006

WYOMING STATE, JULY 22 , 2006
The third Wyoming State Championship chaired by Clayton Kilgore is just a few weeks away. The organizers are experienced ICS chili cooks who know how to manage a state championship.
Each year this cook off improves on the last and this year's event in Torrington will again be special. All three divisions will be offered and the event is held right on Main Street. Torrington is just couple hour drive from Denver and north of Cheyenne and I-80.

2007 Dates for Mexican National Championships
There are cookoffs and then there are those that are really special; the Mexican National Championship is one very special cookoff. Some say it offers, next to the World's, the best trophies with the winners name engraved on the back of the 4' solid silver Corona Cup! It's easy to get to: Just fly into Guadalajara and take a $25 cab ride over to beautiful Lake Chapala for this three day event. It all begins with the cooks'/VIP cocktail party and calcutta on Feb, 8, 2007 with the Verde championship on the 9th followed by Jalisco State and on Sunday, the big Mexican National. Every cook needs to compete in this event to round out their chili cookoff experiences. Many cooks extend their trip and take the few hour bus ride over to Puerto Vallarta and vacation a week or so.
