Addendum to Buena Park Silverado Days cookoff

Dennis and I would like to give a big thank you to Bill Ray and Claude Covington for coming to Dennis’ rescue during this cookoff. We don’t know how we would have made it through the day without their assistance in keeping everything running smoothly. By the way Dennis is feeling much better now.

A big thank you also to Karen Ray for helping me with the scorekeeping duties. Her expertise is very much appreciated by a beginner like me.

We also heard a rumor that Armando Sanchez placed 3^rd in the hog calling contest that day. Could this have been due to his “shoot and holler”skills?
