Annual New Jersey State Chili & Salsa Cook-off on Saturday, May 30, 2009
from 11 AM - 5 PM...rain or shine. (This is the weekend after Memorial Day
Weekend.)

In celebration of our 20th year, the 1st place ICS Red Chili prize will be
$5,000!!
