                           9:00 a.m.               Verde Cooking Starts - NOTE EARLY START TIME

                           11:00 a.m.               Red Cooking Starts

                           11:30 a.m.              Verde Judges Meeting 

                           12:00 p.m.             Turn in Verde

                             1:30 p.m.             Red Judges Meeting

                             2:00 p.m        &n bsp;     Turn in Red

                             3:30 p.m.             Announcement of Winners at Stage Area

                             4:00 p.m.             Closing Ceremony
