The back-2-back Regionals originally scheduled for Easter weekend, April 3 & 4, are cancelled due to financial cut-backs at the Avi Casino created by the recession. NORTHEAST CHILI

Chili Cooks,

I'm writing to tell you about three ICS chili cook off's that are heating things up on the East Coast!

April 24, 2010 is the date of the 1st annual NY City District Chili Cook Off http://www.chilicookoff.com/event/Event_Display.asp?EventID=2636 They are a great group of people and it looks to be a nice cook off!

May 1, 2010 is the date for the New England Regional Chili Cook Off. This ICS Regional Cook Off was huge last year! We are expecting to have a BIG Jim Heywood Youth Division! This cook off will be killer!

May 22, 2010 will be the first annual Doc Dowling District Chili Cook Off. Doc Dowling was a long time ICS cook that passed on last year. I know that Mike Merola and Jack Cowell are working very hard on this event. http://www.chilicookoff.com/event/Event_Display.asp?EventID=2559

Why not sign up to cook at all three and increase your chances of going to the 2010 WCCC?
