We're proud to announce our 4th annual North Central ICS Regional Chili Cook Off Saturday July 10^th 2010.

Best UAW Chili Region 1: Best UAW Chili wins a Trophy and has their name and UAW Local number added to UAW Region 1 Trophy UAW Locals only.

ICS Entry Fee Categories: Red Chili $35.00, Green or Verde $20.00 and Salsa $10.00.

ICS Awards are:

1^st Place Red Chili is $300.00 and a trophy,

2^nd place is $150.00 and a trophy,

3^rd place is $75.00 and a trophy.

1^st place Verde Chili is $200.00 and a trophy,

2^nd place $100.00 and a trophy,

3^rd place is $50.00 and a trophy.

.

1^st Place Salsa is $100.00 and a trophy,

2^nd Place $50.00 and a trophy and

3^rd place is $25.00 and a trophy.

.

Best Booth Decoration a trophy for 1^st Place.

Open Class Chili Fee: $20.00 1^st place wins $100.00 and a trophy.

ICS Early Bird Drawing: $50.00.

ICS Early Bird Drawing you must be an ICS Member in good standing, be present, cooking and have all fees paid to the Chili Chair by Friday June 25, 2010.

Seniority Drawing: ICS as well as Open Class Cooks $50.00 for all cooks that have been competing with us at UAW Region1 two or more years.

The Macomb County Health Department will be there to inspect everyone's cooking area please follow all the rules attached and keep us squared away.

Set up time 12:30 pm; time your Salsa prep and completion for a 4:00 pm judging.

Cooks Meeting 1:00 pm, Verde prep 2:00 pm light stoves cook Verde and begin prep for Red Chili. 3:00 Light stoves for Red Chili.

Judging: 4:00 pm Salsa, 5:00 pm Verde Chili and 6:00 pm Red.

.
