Windy City Regional - Mike Usiak

Attention all Chili-heads!

There are only sixteen days until the 12th annual Windy City Regional in Chicago. The Event is part of the “Retro on Roscoe” street festival, and has been rated as one of the top 20 street festivals in the country. Last years event was featured on the Food Network’s Rachel Ray’s Tasty Treats visit to Chicago. There are 5 music stages, a classic car show, kids programs, vendors, and much more.
The regional will have competition in RED Chili, CHILE VERDE, & SALSA, and Wes Carlson (2004 Chile Verde World Champion) will be our Head Judge.
