Top of West Virginia Chili Challenge

The 3^rd Annual Top of West Virginia Chili Challenge will be held on Sunday, May 31 at the Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort in Chester, West Virginia. The regional event, conducted by the Northern Hancock County Rotary Club, has become a popular indoor event as the entire cookoff will be conducted in the casino's 70,000 sq. ft. arena, The Harv.

Sunday, May 31, 2009

· Set Up & Registration – 8 am – 10 am (Tables Provided)

· Cooks Meeting – 10 am

· Stove Lighting – 11 am

Prizes & Awards

· Red – 1^st, $1000; 2^nd, $500; 3^rd, $250 (and trophies)

· Verde – 1^st, $250; 2^nd, $100; 3^rd, $50 (and trophies)

· Salsa – 1^st, $100 (and trophy)
