PEOPLE'S CHOICE CHILI

SAMPLING HAS BEEN APPROVED BY THE LAS VEGAS HEALTH DEPT.

WE KNOW HOW HARD IT IS TO BRING THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AND INGREDIENTS,

BUT IF YOU CAN, PLEASE MAKE A MINIMUM OF ONE GALLON OF PEOPLE'S CHOICE CHILI FOR EACH DAY THAT YOU'RE COMPETING.

IF YOU HAVE CONTACT WITH ICS MEMBERS WHO ARE ABLE TO DRIVE TO LAS VEGAS, YOU MIGHT SEE WHETHER THEY COULD BRING THE EXTRA POT OR WHATEVER YOU NEED.

AS ALWAYS, PROPANE WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE COOKOFF SITE FOR PURCHASE AT REGULAR PRICES OR BELOW.

Maine Back-to-Back Cookoffs
September 13 & 14, 2008

The Wells Chamber of Commerce has had a number replies from cooks who have signed-up, but not paid. They would like to get a handle on the number of cooks, each day.

If you have signed up, but not finalized your arrangements with the Chamber, would you kindly drop Eleanor a line at
eleanor@wellschamber.org and just let her know if you will or will not be in Maine, and in which events you will enter.

This is a great venue, and we deeply appreciate the support of all of you who travel so far to support the cookoff. Please, let's keep it going.
