Great Sutter Creek CA Chili Cook off
We have an ICS District event happening on Sunday September 7th . We have made the last minute decision to open our competition to include chili verde to the competition. This event will not have any trophy or prize money but we wanted to offer an additional chance for those that need to qualify another opportunity. Currently we have 10+ ICS contestants committed for red chili and 5 for salsa. We are asking for 3 gallons of peoples choice chili in lieu an entry fee. Last year we have a very successful event and the little town of Sutter Creek is a wonderful venue for this event. We are located about 45 minutes from Sacramento California in the heart of the gold country. We had close to 2000 visitors last year and ran out of peoples choice chili by about 1:00.
