Hola MI amigo's,
Sorry....I can't seem to stop speaking spanglish.
After an extended trip to Mexico and back, which included two VERY close calls for missing our planes due to USAirways stupidity and their computer ineptitude and a 3 day extension in Cozumel at yet another all inclusive and then a 4 hour delay in Charlotte on our way home.....we can honestly say.....IT IS SOOOO GOOD TO BE HOME!

But...we are moving "Full Steam Ahead" with the New England Regional Chili Cookoff and we are trying to cover all of our bases and all of the cooks needs with the exception of getting a personal masseuse for a cook from Wilkes Barre,
With that being said, for the cooks that are flying, we will have a table and 2 chairs for you. For the cooks that are driving, if you have an extra tent please bring it(?) or don't mind sharing space with another yet to be named chili cook please let me know as that would help out fellow cooks tremendously!
Now....if you need anything I.e.;hotel accommodations,grocery store info, directions or anything was missing from the cooks packet you have received (except for the 1 or 2 we will send out tomorrow),please don't hesitate to contact me and we will do our damndest to make it happen...except for that masseuse.....that is not happening!

We do want to make mention that the Health department stuff we included was a bit extensive. The Health dude is pretty cool....as long as you keep hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold, and have some sort of hand and dish sanitizing items things will be dandy. Try to have a fire extinguisher or be near a cook that has one. Usually cooks carry thermometers....it would be nice if you have one...(soon to be) Professor J.Eis will be only too happy to explain how to calibrate it should you need that as well.

Ps....We understand that we "may" also have The Three Hot Tamales (from NJ) at the cooks party and at the NERCC selling their Fiery Foods award winning Hot Sauces,BBQ Rubs etc.
