Windy City and Northern Illinois Regional's

Cookoff Flyer Correction
I have an incorrect address posted on my website and in the flyers that were sent out. The back-to-back Windy City and Northern Illinois Regional's are listed as being located at 2132 W. Roscoe. They are in fact located at 2100 W. Roscoe. I know it is only a half a block difference but the venue can get congested as everyone gets set up. I want it as painless as possible for those cooking.
.
There are still spots available for both the Windy City Regional and the Northern Illinois Regional, so register online or email me at:
usiak@sbcglobal.net Cookoff information including turn in times can be found at http://www.windycitychilicookoff.net/
.
This weekend Illinois is the Chili-center of the country. With the Heartland Regional in Springfield and two cookoffs in Chicago why wouldn't it be! Don't miss out on the fun.

Mountainfest District

It was a great day with low humidity sunny skies ant temps in the low 80s. The site was awesome with the provided tents, tables, and chairs on the waterfront. The cook off was held at the Hazel Ruby Mcquain Riverfront Park in Morgantown WV. The 16 contestants were a practical who's who of east of the Mississippi cooks representing 5 states. If anyone wants a very laid back cook off to attend, this one might be worth a look.

Here are the winners for the Mountainfest Red Chili Challenge District
