ONTARIO PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
September 5 (two weeks away) is the date for the Ontario Provincial chili cookoff in Windsor. So far, response has been light. Maybe I haven't published it enough. Maybe it's border issues. We don't have enough cooks to qualify, yet. The cookoff is at Place Concorde (address on the ICS site). Tables, chairs and cover will be provided. Valerie valerie@placeconcorde.org needs to hear from you. Soon.

ALL OHIO REGIONAL
Have great news, and that is all is set for the return of the ALL OHIO Regional Chili Cookoff. The date is set for September 12, 2009, and we are looking for cooks. Also, at this time I haven't confirmed a Chief Judge or Scorekeeper, so if anyone has completed the Hat Trick and interested, we would love to have you back in Cincy. I am heading up to the cookoff in the Cleveland area at Thistle Downs on Saturday, so this may be resolved, but would love to see everyone again here in Cincy to make this return to the cookoff circuit a huge success. This year we will only be hosting the cookoff, but the plans are in place to return the full scaled Chili Fest in September of 2010. I am attaching the full information sheet to this E-mail, so please get the word out to all.
.
If anyone has any questions, please feel free to call me at any time.
.
Respectfully,
.
George Phelps
